Bold thinking will drive efforts to protect and preserve our changing planet in the 21st century. University of Wisconsin-Madison students are ready for the challenge.
Students have the opportunity to hone creative solutions through the new Wisconsin Energy & Sustainability Challenge. This challenge combines an existing competition the Global Stewards Sustainability Prize with a new competition called the Dvorak Energy Innovation Prize. Through both competitions, $10,000 in total prizes ($5,000 for first prize in each) will be available to students with the best energy and sustainability solutions.
All UW-Madison students are eligible. Both competitions will be held on Wednesday, April 17, 2013 in the new Wisconsin Energy Institute building. Submissions are due on Friday April 5th, 2013.
