Entrepreneur, alumnus, and past Schoofs Prize for Creativity winner and judge, Chad Sorenson will teach interested students how to generate ideas, develop them and take them to market in a one-credit course titled Process Innovation. This course is open to any interested students, however, it is geared towards the Innovation Days competition.
This course will replace any stand alone seminars offered through Innovation Days. Individuals and teams registered to compete in the 2012 Innovation Days competition are highly encouraged to enroll.
Weekly topics will cover everything from identifying good ideas, the creative process, product development, prototyping, market research strategies, the patenting process, and more.
