IdeaFests
Ideafests are information sessions about these competitions:
- G. Steven Burrill Technology Business Plan Competition (open to all UW-Madison undergraduates)
- Qualcomm Wireless Innovation Prize
- Schoofs Prize for Creativity
- Tong Prototype Prize
- Climate Leadership Challenge
Learn how to enter your invention, idea or business plan into one or all of UW-Madison’s innovation competitions. These competitions include the Schoofs Prize for Creativity (sponsored by ChE alumnus Richard Schoofs) and the Tong Prototype Prize (sponsored by ECE alumnus Peter Tong and the Tong Family Foundation), both of which are open to UW-Madison undergraduates, as well as the G. Steven Burrill Technology Business Plan Competition and Climate Leadership Challenge, which are open to all UW-Madison students.
Both sessions are identical, so you only need to attend one. Pizza and sodas will be served. For more information, email innovation@engr.wisc.edu.
